CleanCarbon has just burned 10 000 000 CARBO tokens, permanently removing them from circulation.
The event got slightly delayed as the company needed to exhaust the previous month’s buyback reserves.
Burned tokens come from our BuyBack program, and the pool of unsold CARBO left after the presale phases were completed. The burning events remind us of our token’s deflationary nature. Since more and more tokens are being removed, the value of individual CARBO should increase over time.
The value of the burned CARBO this time is around 300 000 dollars.
