We’re finalizing the last steps for the launch of our new token, scheduled for this coming Sunday, April 14th, around 16:00 GMT. This timing has been carefully chosen to accommodate the majority of our holders across different time zones, ensuring convenience for nearly everyone.
Technical Preparation
The transition from CARBO v1 to CARBO v2 will be facilitated through a Smart Contract, designed specifically for this purpose. This contract will retire all old tokens in your wallet and replace them with an equivalent number of new tokens.
The swap event is set to occur simultaneously for all participants this Sunday at 16:00 GMT, immediately following our liquidity swap on PancakeSwap.
However, there’s a crucial step everyone must complete to enable the swap. The exchange contract requires permission to access the CARBO tokens in your wallet, as these will be burned in exchange for CARBO v2 tokens.
To prepare your wallet for the swap, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1:
Open your web3 wallet that holds CARBO and in your browser visit CARBO v1 token BSCScan link. Then, click the “Connect to Web3” button, which will turn green upon a successful connection.
Step 2:
In the “1. approve” section, enter the following details:
– Spender: 0xf1c6f4ef06bc1c2cd6b2517de5f26c1a4ead614b
– Allowance: 10000000000000000000000000
Click the “Write” button and confirm the transaction in your web3 wallet, ensuring you’ve selected the maximum number of tokens (your wallet may require you to click a “Max” button, right before confirming).
This approval allows our smart contract to retire your old CARBO v1 tokens and issue an equivalent number of CARBO v2 tokens. The allowance value is set to 10 million CARBO tokens, simplifying the process for all users.

If You Miss the Approval
Users who don’t complete this approval before the launch can still convert their tokens later using a different function, which will be detailed after the launch to prevent any confusion.
